Madelyn Rose's musical journey began at the young age of four when she received a small Casio keyboard from her parents, discovered at a garage sale in upstate New York. Recognizing her talent, her parents encouraged her to pursue music, and by the time she was six, Madelyn's father started hosting karaoke nights with her, using an old guitar amp and a microphone. Shy at first, she eventually overcame her hesitation and started uploading vocal covers of her favorite songs on YouTube.

As the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted her regular piano lessons, Madelyn took the opportunity to explore her creativity and started writing her own music. With her parents' support, she transformed her bedroom into a makeshift home studio and at just fourteen, produced a full-length album. Her passion for every aspect of the music-making process, including singing, writing, producing, and releasing, solidified her desire to pursue a career in music.

Now, at the age of sixteen, Madelyn is set to release her first EP, titled "Teenage Heartache," on July 28th, 2023. The EP includes hit singles like "Sober," which were even featured on Spotify's prominent New Music Country Friday playlist. Additionally, she has been featured in Cowgirl Magazine, garnering attention for her exceptional talent and amazing breakout EP.

Drawing inspiration from her own experiences as a teenager in the 2020s, Madelyn crafts honest and relatable songs. Tracks like "Taillights Fade" and "Won’t Be Me" reflect her journey through heartbreak and growth, with the hope that they will resonate with and support other young people facing similar challenges. Madelyn is acutely aware of the impact of social media on her generation and seeks to provide a positive influence through her music, making listeners feel understood and valued.

A devoted lover of country music since her early years, Madelyn's idols include the likes of Carrie Underwood, whose songwriting and vocal performances continue to inspire her. Hailing from upstate New York, she finds a deep connection between the serene landscapes of her hometown and the rustic sounds of country music. Though her peers once teased her for her musical preference, Madelyn has stayed true to her passion, embracing country music wholeheartedly.

In 2022, Madelyn visited Nashville and found herself at home in the city's vibrant music scene. Later that year, she was signed by the Nashville-based label, Vere Music, leading to the release of her first single, "Taillights Fade," co-written by talented locals Justin Klump and Lauryn Tauber, in January 2023.

Despite her growing success and industry recognition, Madelyn remains grounded and continues to enjoy outdoor activities on the lake. Her genuine desire to connect with her audience and make a positive impact on their lives through her music is at the core of her artistic journey. For Madelyn, music is not merely a career; it's a powerful means to share her own experiences, emotions, and growth, while supporting and resonating with listeners on their life's journey.
